  • If you want to be a direct supplier or continue to be one, you need to register with us. This is a compulsory requirement for all direct suppliers, whether they are new or existing.

  • We prioritize local, national and international Suppliers in that order, based on our criteria and a long-term partnership vision. Suppliers for projects are usually chosen for a fixed period of time for local products or services that have a specific or specialized demand. If you want to be a supplier, please sign up online.

  • Your data will be stored in the TCT Supplier Profile Database, which is only accessible to TCT procurement professionals. Your data is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties outside of TCT The Commodity Traders. We value your privacy and security.

  • You can communicate with our procurement team via e-mail or phone. We will assign you a dedicated account manager who will be your main point of contact for any issues or queries.

  • To help us provide you with the best service possible, we kindly ask you to complete this form with as much information as you can. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • If you want to become a supplier on the TCT website, you don't have to pay any fee. The registration process is simple and free. You just need to fill out the  Supplier Registration form with your details and submit it online.

  • To register as a supplier, you need to submit your company's KYC documents and a proposal from your company.

Please note that this online registration does not mean that you will automatically receive RFQs or POs / Subcontracts from TCT. It is only the first step to become a potential supplier for TCT The Commodity Traders, B.V.

We may contact you based on our business needs.

  • If you are already a supplier or a vendor for TCT, you do not need to register your company again. We probably have your approval status and information on file. However, if there have been any changes in your business scope or other relevant details, you will have to resubmit your KYC documents to update your profile.

  • TCT has the right to suspend or remove any Supplier from its platform if they fail to adhere to the TCT rules, policies and procedures. Some of the reasons for suspension or removal include poor performance, such as missing deadlines, delivering low-quality products or services, or receiving negative feedback from customers; false or misleading information, such as falsifying credentials, misrepresenting capabilities, or providing inaccurate quotations; and violation of the TCT terms and conditions, such as engaging in fraudulent or unethical activities, breaching confidentiality agreements, or infringing intellectual property rights.

IMPORTANT: Completing the online Supplier Registration does not mean that your company will receive RFQs or PO's / Subcontracts from TCT or that it has "Approved" status as a TCT Supplier. It is the first step of the required process for doing business with The Commodity Traders. We may contact you based on our business needs.

As a seller or supplier on our company, you are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
