To Prospective Buyers

TCT The Commodity Traders is a reputable supplier of fuel to various established buyers in the global petroleum industry. We require certain information from potential buyers to verify their eligibility and suitability for our trade offers. Please fill out this form and attach any relevant documents that may support your application, such as resumes, acquisition criteria, financial reports, updated company profile and/or financial credentials.

This information will help us to match your needs and preferences with the diverse selling opportunities offered by TCT The Commodity Traders. Please complete this form in full and send it back to TCT to receive more details on a specific petroleum offer. We will treat your information with utmost confidentiality and respect according to our company values and policies.

Before you start the RFQ Form, please read the following notes carefully:

  • Fill out all the relevant sections completely. Many of the questions on the form are related to mandatory regulatory requirements. If you do not fill out all the applicable sections completely, your application will be rejected.

  • Attach all the additional and supporting documents that are required, as listed in Section F.

  • If you need more space, make a copy of any pages or add an extra page with more information.

  • Review the Terms and Conditions (including the obligation to send us updated documents and information).

  • All Applicants must sign the declaration in Section G.
